Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your stay at Anahat Host All Service Appartment. If you need to cancel your reservation, here are the terms related to refunds:

Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Additional Policies

No-Shows

  • No-shows will be charged the full rate for the first night and any remaining nights will be cancelled with no refund.

Early Departures

  • For early departures, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.
  • You may be eligible for a refund for the unused nights, less a service fee.

Modifications

  • Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and applicable rates.
  • Additional charges may apply.
  • Refunds will not be given for rate differences if a reservation is changed to a lower rate.

Special Circumstances

  • In case of extenuating circumstances such as severe weather events or family emergencies, please contact our management to discuss a potential waiver of cancellation fees.
